General Information:

Fall Registration:
Classes begin in September and run through the month of June. A non-refundable registration fee of $20.00 per person is required in order to hold your child’s spot for the upcoming year.

Tuition:
All class payments are due the first week of every month. Class needs to be paid for whether your child is in or out. A late fee of $3.00 per week per child is added to your account, until your payment is received. Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of weeks in that month. There are no make-up classes or refunds for tuition. If you pay for the year in advance you will then receive a Ticket Pass.

Ticket Pass:
This pass entitles the bearer to receive a “Ticket Pass Coupon”… Dance Tuition needs to be paid for in full through the end of the year. You will then be able to purchase recital tickets earlier than everyone else. You may purchase this pass at any time.

Recital Information:
Our annual dance recital in June gives the students the opportunity to showcase their progress to family and friends. Seats at the show are reserved seating only. Costumes need to be paid for in full by the 2nd week of December. The Recital costumes cost anywhere for $55.00 to $70.00 per costume. Some are less / more due to style and size. The location, date and time will be posted in the fall.

Attendance:
You should make every effort to attend class. If for some reason you don’t show up for class you will not be able to make up the class, due to every class is different and your child will not be able to participate in a class he or she is not used to. There will be no credits for missed class or classes.

Class Cancellation:
In case of inclement weather please call the studio 1 hour prior to your child’s class time…508-673-9703. There will be a recorded message regarding class. Please do not go by school cancellations as we may be open when school is cancelled. In a declared State of Emergency, there will be no refund issued.

Parent Viewing Classes:
Our waiting area is adjacent to the dance floor and we encourage parents to be there each and every week watching your child dance.

Dress Code:
Dance attire only... leotard / tights any color any style. Skirts, Gauchos, Shorts, are all allowed over Leotards. We have no set uniform for students.
